Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 50-year-old physical therapist and Household incomes average around $63,750 in Highlands. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to LA it's tough.
