Housing market in Highlands Ranch right now

Curious what people think. Homes are going for about $672,600 on average. Median household income is $155,847, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Thanks in advance! The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in East. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in real estate. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Hope this helps!.

Moved here from New York about 14 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to cultural scene but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
