Is Highlands Ranch a good place to live?
Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and With a population of 101K, Highlands Ranch is a mid-size city. The median home value here is around $672,600, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $672,600 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
