Is Highlands Ranch still affordable?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $155,847 in Highlands Ranch. You can expect to pay around $2,397 for rent here. The median home value here is around $672,600, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Dallas it's challenging.
