Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 20 years and Median household income is $155,847, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Highlands Ranch sits at 89.2 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs?
