What surprised you most about Highlands Ranch?
Hi all, I've been here for 10 years and Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $672,600, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,397/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
