OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $50,689 in Highspire. Median household income is $50,689, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a small town city with about 2,729 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
