Moving from Cleveland to Hillandale next month

I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Hillandale sits at 356.2 per 100K. Rent is about $3,217/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
