Hilliard vs Phoenix -which is better?

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $360,000 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great craft beer places. it's not perfect but it works for me.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've lived in Uptown for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- The housing market scene is improving

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.
