Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a smaller city city with about 36,560 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.
