My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $483,400 on average. Household incomes average around $103,207 in Hillsboro. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.
