Rent prices in Hillsboro getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Hillsboro? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1896 for a 2BR/2BA which feels like a lot.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Don't sleep on Midtown. It's up and coming and still affordable.

I've lived in Riverside for 3 years and it's decent, has its pros and cons.
