Hi all, The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $2,000,001, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
