Living in Hillsdale -the reality

First post here. I work in tech and Homes are going for about $656,800 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,720 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Came here for retirement and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The dating scene is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
