Just moved to Hilltop, any tips?

I'm single, late 20s, and It's a a small town city with about 1,056 people. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $47,708, which feels on the lower side for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The dating scene is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
