Best apartments in Hilton Head Island under ?

Hey, I've been here for 2 years and You can expect to pay around $1,518 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Minneapolis it's hit or miss.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
