Hey, We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 10,418 people. The unemployment rate is 0.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $363,500, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.
