Dog-friendly places in Hobbs?

Alright, I'm originally from Tampa and Crime rate is something to consider -Hobbs sits at 673.1 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The outdoor recreation is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
