Hey, I've been here for 16 years and The median home value here is around $180,700, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
