Best neighborhoods to rent in Hobe Sound?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,184 for rent here.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a electrician who relocated here from Seattle about 1 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and weather.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- Close to major attractions
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Not very walkable outside downtown
Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are established, gas is solid.
Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. No regrets on my end..

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Southern places. it's not perfect but it works for me.
