Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $323,700, which seems about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Hobe Sound? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Used to live on the South side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
