Couple moving to Hoboken from out of state

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 2 months ago and You can expect to pay around $2,819 for rent here. Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $872,100 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
