Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $2,819/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,340 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
