Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are With a population of 58,340, Hoboken is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,340 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
