Hey, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $550,200, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input.

Moved here from Baltimore about 2 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but No regrets on my end..
