Co-working spaces in Hockinson?

Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Portland, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The food scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
