Hey, With a population of 1,766, Hodgkins is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.
