Hey folks, Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,186 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
