Best areas to explore in Holbrook?

Random thought, I'm originally from St. Louis and It's a a small town city with about 11,320 people. Homes are going for about $436,500 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 15 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Meadowbrook side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
