Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,427/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $139,116 in Holbrook. Median household income is $139,116, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
