Moving from Albuquerque to Holbrook next month

Hi all, With a population of 26,256, Holbrook is a smaller city. Rent is about $2,427/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here?

I work in finance here and the quality of life is solid. The job market for my field is solid. No regrets on my end..
