How are the schools in Holiday City-Berkeley?

OK so Household incomes average around $47,855 in Holiday City-Berkeley. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Holiday City-Berkeley? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Charlotte it's pretty good.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The weather is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
