Things that make Holiday Island unique

Alright, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $212,100 on average. The median home value here is around $212,100, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in West area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
