Anyone else love living in Holladay?
So, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,236 people. The median home value here is around $700,100, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $112,369, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development.
