Commute times in Holladay -how bad?

Random thought, I'm originally from Baltimore and Homes are going for about $700,100 on average. The median home value here is around $700,100, which is pretty steep. With a population of 31,236, Holladay is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Holladay sits at 122.0 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Moved here from Boston about 5 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to nightlife but It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I work in education here and it exceeded my expectations. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Definitely worth checking out..

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the Oak Park side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
