Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2015. With a population of 31,236, Holladay is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $700,100, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
