Why I chose Holland over bigger cities

Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $235,800, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'm a electrician and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is improving and there's always something going on.
