How much do you pay for rent in Holley?

Hey folks, The median home value here is around $386,200, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,617 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Pros:
- Friendly people

- Low taxes
- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community

I've lived in South for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The community vibe scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
