Remote worker thinking about Hollins

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $1,113 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Asian places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
