Weekend activities in Hollins?

With a population of 17,005, Hollins is a small town. Median household income is $73,588, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $227,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'm a marketing manager and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 8 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into running, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
