My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 2,652 people. Homes are going for about $637,100 on average. Median household income is $127,989, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,458/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
