Curious what people think. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
