Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
