Crime rate is something to consider -Holly Springs sits at 1,580.8 per 100K. With a population of 6,861, Holly Springs is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
