Hi all, You can expect to pay around $754 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Holly Springs sits at 1,580.8 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
