Anyone else feel this way? I work in education and It's a a mid-size city city with about 153K people. Household incomes average around $65,359 in Hollywood. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in North. It's tough for what you get.
Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in finance. If you're in legal you might struggle.
People: Generally solid. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like craft beer.
