Best areas to explore in Hollywood?

Anyone else feel this way? I work in education and It's a a mid-size city city with about 153K people. Household incomes average around $65,359 in Hollywood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in North. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in finance. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

Came here for weather and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The food scene is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
