First post here. I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $65,359 in Hollywood. Poverty rate is 9.6%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
