How much do you pay for rent in Hollywood?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Miami and You can expect to pay around $1,555 for rent here. It's a a mid-size city city with about 153K people. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Cheers. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Oak Park. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in finance. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Southern.

No regrets on my end..
