What Hollywood Park does better than anywhere else

Household incomes average around $140,357 in Hollywood Park. With a population of 3,119, Hollywood Park is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Midtown. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in education. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The cultural scene is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.
