Best companies to work for in Holt?

Crime rate is something to consider -Holt sits at 483.3 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in South. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in marketing. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Asian.
